PATROL REGULATIONS FOR THE SUNDOWN TOWN OF
TARBOROUGH, NORTH CAROLINA!

Remember this fact, Americans on racial edge...
When this Ferguson, Missouri racial boiling stew is finally cooled down,
There are thousands of flash point towns across America simmering on edge.
It will only take that one dangerous racial incident to make the stew boil over!
Who really wants to see an American town burning and hurting?
Who really wants to see black people at war with white police persons?
Who really wants to see another raging riot tearing apart another community?
The thugs and the anarchists and the racists and the idiots, that's who!
There is only one entity that can rectify this 300 years of American racial strife!
The USA sanctioned the slavery that began the hate filled relationship between the races.
It is only the government of this country that owns the power to fix this mess.
And it starts by passing laws that force the congress to work together to find solutions!
The mostly wealthy members of Congress are still on vacation!
An all white, all Republican, House of Representatives is on vacation.
A mix raced -- mostly white democrat -- Senate is on vacation, too.
How many of these people really give a good goddamn about black Ferguson, Missouri?
This Congress has voted time and again to strip the poor and the hurting of food rights.
This congress has voted time and again to take away the voting rights of the same people.
This Congress continues to refuse to build jobs programs to put people to work.
And you wonder why, like a child encountering his first Rubik's Cube, America is confused?
Black Americans comprise, perhaps, 13% of America's population!
At least half of that 13% are young people under the age of 21!
Of that 7% that is left over, half of those people are old, sick or in prison!
That leaves about 4% of black Americans who are embedded in the social America.
That 4% are working class people who are just trying to live in peace!
But it is the vocal part of the black America that is between 16 and 21 who are angry.
Those are the black people who are targeted by the police...
And refused work opportunities by a government at all out war with them!
It is all about being black and being stopped on the street for walking wrong.
It is all about being beat down if you have Marijuana on your person.
It is all about the disrespect and who gets to use the word "Nigger!"
It is all about being black and dying on the street, in front of witnesses, by thug cops!
Oh yea, the cops are outright thugs themselves!
If it is illegal for NYC cops to use choke holds,
Then why would a NYC cop choke a man to death... right there on camera phone!
America saw it, right there in broad daylight... a group of thug cops murdering a man!
That kind of derision plays out hundreds of times a day across America.
And it is unfortunate for black people that the end result is too often their death!
It is white people in the form of white policemen at war with black people...
And it is a war that black people have been losing for 300 years!
The government of the United States of America has to fix these race relations issues.
There is no doubt in this black man's mind that only the government has the solutions.
But, do the white people in power give a care... that is the question!
Perhaps Ferguson, Missouri is the impetuous for change when Congress comes back?
Yea, right!
Ted Cruz, Reince Priebus, Joe Barton, Jon Kyl, David Vitter, Steve King, Louie Gohmert,
Darrell Issa, John Boehner, Michele Bachmann, Sarah Palin and more evil Republicans --
With enemies like these, what black person needs more enemies... like the exception of the police!
