HANGING ON THE OLE OAK TREE

(Supply, N.C.)

The morning sun is already bright in the sky on this warm summer day in 1959.

The ole Oak Tree in the middle of old man's Parson's field soaks in the sun's rays.

The butter beans growing along the rows in the field reached for that sun, too.

And the mist rising up from the warm soil smelled like life and earth and morning.

The leaves of the tree are now full and large and mature.

Everything in nature recognizes the majestic fullness of a hundred year old Oak tree,

Its branches are thick and long and as strong as all perceptions of... an Oak Tree.

The 149 pound object hanging from a ten feet high branch puts no stress on the branch.

That object hanging in the ole Oak Tree on this fine N.C. morning is Ronald Lee Jones.

Or, because he has been hanging there through the night, it is his body gently swaying.

He died from strangulation from the pressure of the neck snapping noose around his neck.

Decomposition is already beginning to overcome the limp body hanging from the tree.

There are dozens of footprints around the base of the tree.

Obviously, a death or life struggle took place at the roots of time.

If only a 100 plus year old living plant of history could talk to tell its tales.

How many other black men have been hanged to death on its branches!

The inner liquids inside this man's body are leaking from his blackened, bloated mouth and nose.

The piss stain on the front of his pants is either from the release of death... or the horror of fear.

The candy wrappers, the cigarette butts and the soda cans on the ground around the tree denotes a party?

The whip marks across the man's arms and chest and legs tells just how hard the party was.

The police will eventually come to take the body down from the tree.

And as usual, Ronald Lee Jones will vanish from the sight of history as has so many before him.

Some will say, "He is just another dead North Carolina swamp Nigger who died before his time."

Some will say, "He was obviously up to no good... why else would a mob hang him to his death?"

And so... the sun goes down again as another day on coastal N.C. comes to an inglorious end.

The Oak Tree continues to stand tall and strong in all its magnificent glory.

The Butter Beans continue to grow and the soil continues to create heat and mist.

At least half of that 13% are young people under the age of 21!

Of that 7% that is left over, half of those people are old, sick or in prison!

That leaves about 4% of black Americans who are embedded in the social America.

That 4% are working class people who are just trying to live in peace!

But it is the vocal part of the black America that is between 16 and 21 who are angry.

Those are the black people who are targeted by the police...

And refused work opportunities by a government at all out war with them!

It is all about being black and being stopped on the street for walking wrong.

It is all about being beat down if you have Marijuana on your person.

It is all about being black and dying on the street, in front of witnesses, by thug cops!

Today, in 2014... there are still plenty of people across this nation who hate the other person because of their skin color. To be honest and reasonable with the facts... plenty of white Americans hate black Americans. And, there are some black people who hate white people, too.

I live by the notion in my mind that even though I was born in North Carolina in 1959, called Nigger by every other white person I met during my youth in coastal N.C., I am considered to be an alien in the country of my birth because I am black. And, I have been treated like I am a parasitic creature that lives inside the muscle of the American body that must be driven out  by any means possible.

Thoughts like that should make me a paranoid, angry man who hates all white people. But, like 99% of the black skinned Americans who have ever been first dragged as slaves into this country or born in this country as African-Americans, black people take the angry hatful derision that is heaped upon us by the world media, and people in general, and keep on keeping on in an attempt to live our lives and be left the hell alone!

Every white person of adult age should look themselves in the eyes in a mirror and ask themselves this question… “What in the hell has a black person ever done to me?” Nearly all of them would have to come to the conclusion that, in fact, not only have they never been wronged by a black person but they actually have few interactions with black people. Most of white America lives in areas of this country with extremely low black populations. Yet, white people who have little contact with blacks embrace the lies and distortions told by their fellow white man who do interact with blacks in a few large cities and deep southern areas where blacks are located.

The lies and vilification  of blacks is complete bullshit!

As much as white America has tried to exterminate blackness in this country… all black people should HATE white people. Yet, we shy away from whites. We avoid whites. We take the absurd hatred and try to shrug it off.

If black people turned to act upon the hatred white people heap upon blacks throughout American history “We would all kill you in your sleep!” But, even in 2014, when blacks are confronted with EXTREME racism and hate, what do we do? We often turn to more white people, those in power, to beg them to solve the issues. And we often look by incredulously as the white people we ask to solve the issues created by other hateful white people drag their goddamn feet because we know who protects their own!

Racism sucks! And so do the stupid white people who perpetrate the greatest fraud in the existence of mankind… that black people are what has been wrong with America from the beginning! The truth is WHITE people have always made the rules, and the corruption and the hatred has always been manufactured by them! A scapegoat has always been needed to focus the hate and mistrust upon something… and that scapegoat has been BLACK PEOPLE!

A part of the state of Missouri is now being transformed into a Middle Eastern war zone. And America has a first person perspective of the abject racism, the dragging of the feet by government law enforcement, the overkill of attacking a black neighborhood and turning it into chaos and allowing a situation that could have been quashed right from the beginning by treating the local black people with a little respect. Instead, law enforcement is using this situation as a test run for seeing just what all that castaway military grade weaponry can do in an American neighborhood.

And what we are all seeing is disturbing and frightening!

White people across this country… this could be YOUR neighborhood next week. Do you want your local police rolling down your streets with tanks and other military vehicles, shooting off smoke grenades and tear gas grenades and rubber bullets that absolutely have the capability of killing an adult and a child!

Do you want your local police treating you like BLACK PEOPLE?

Sundown Towns, curfews, Patrol Regulations, rogue policemen willing to shoot your sons dead where they stand in the street, policemen willing to kill citizens with but one word from a commander… this is the America that is coming to your town!

Do you want that, white America?

Or, are you wishing for the Clive Bundy standoff where his friends take high points and point THEIR sniper rifles at the police who are attempting to serve Bundy.

By the way, Clive Bundy is still free -- because he is a WHITE MAN -- who aided in his friends pointing loaded rifles at law enforcement. If he was black, he would have been shot dead and the government would probably have called in air strikes to take out his supporting snipers… if they were black men, that is.

So, Missouri burns and the saga continues to build negative momentum every day. And one week later, the murdered teenager who was executed by a local policeman in the middle of the street of his own neighborhood in broad daylight, and left to rot in the heat of the weather for four hours, is still unresolved.

And the feckless Governor of the state only makes the situation worse by the moment with his spot on impersonation of a Governor who really only wishes the Niggers would just go away and give him back his state!

And one wonders why the people of Ferguson, Missouri are now exploding with anger and now… hatred?

What a mess… caused by white people and, I hate to say this, can only be fixed by white people.

Another unarmed African-American woman is beat down by the fists of another white policeman in another American town. Because his peers refuse to label him a murderer!

This is just the worst.

I'm so tired, so physically tired, of the racist monsters being home grown across the USA. Many white people are going to blow off the actions of these young white men as the ignorance of teens... but, these are living breathing human beings with THOUGHTS... who decided that the way to assert their white male dominance was to "Lynch a Nigger!"

And for those of you out there who believe these young men did not use the word "Lynched Nigger" when discussing this act... you are as stupid as these young men are!

I live in Northern Virginia. Every day I walk out into the public and see 98% Caucasian faces. Half the white people in Virginia walk around with a hand gun strapped on their body. Every day I am surrounded by white people. And every day I have to ask myself, "Which one of these hateful Motherfuckers would kill me where I stand, if he, or she, had the chance?"

To want to LYNCH a black man when you are of High School age?

We say young people who kill small animals might be serial killers in the making. What are white people who are obsessed with killing black people... in the making?

Drive down to Florida to find the answer to that question... especially if you are white.

What is a black man's life worth? It isn't worth total condemnation of these young men, that's for sure. Two weeks from now, these white racists will be walking their streets as if nothing happened.

And that is the real shame!

That is what it is like... TO LIVE AND DIE BLACK IN THE USA!

Coco-Cola Super Bowl Commercial 2014 That Has Driven American Racists crazy!

I am a black dude with 55 years of American life behind me. I know with all certainty that the racist America I knew as a 6 year old child in North Carolina (I was born in 1959) is MORE racist today than it was back then. The only thing preventing lynchings from being performed on a daily basis across a wide swatch of America is FEDERAL HATE CRIME LAWS!

A whole lot of white America still believes white people should not have sex with, nor should mingle with, black people -- even in 2014!

And when a Cheerios commercial depicting a black man as the husband, a white woman as the wife and an obviously beautiful little girl as the daughter... who is also obviously of parents both black and white, the Internet social forums explode with the most vile hatred by the stupidest of our fellow Americans.

But, my main point here is this -- I want those of you out there who keep saying things like this have to be more complicated than just race are completely, ignorantly wrong. This is ALL about race. How do I know that...?

Look at the pictures and the names accompanying the racism that is all over social media. It is ALL WHITE PEOPLE posting that racism. And for every one white person willing to post that racist vomit, I am going to declare that there are 50 more white people who feel exactly the same way... without posting their views for the world to see.

We, the people of black color minority, have no problems with the mixing of the races. We have had to deal with having our own race mixed in with white blood since the first slave master raped his first female slave and produced their first mixed-race bastard child. And black people have been assimilating other races into black culture from day one!

Black people had only one chance of survival over the centuries. That chance came in our ability to assimilate, or be assimilated. Therefore, we... for the most part... do not freak out when we see a white man touching a black women. To us, that is the way it has ALWAYS been!

And white people? Seeing a black man touching a white women? Fuck no! That is not happening! Even as slavery gave white men absolute power to rape black women, OPENLY TO THE PUBLIC, for hundreds of years... many white people cling to that abjectly racist notion to this very day!

The fact that a Super Bowl Coco-Cola commercial featuring the MANY cultures and languages of America’s Americans singing an AMERICAN song drives the racists among us to rise up like a Cobra ready to strike is a sad commentary on the state of the White American Psyche.

For those of you who are driven by your racist paranoid delusions, I say... “Please, get some professional psychiatric help! It is 2014, not 1714!

And also, realize that it is WHITE people who are causing the racial earthquake in America! Black people just want to be left the fuck alone, allowed to be able to walk to the store and back without being ‘George Zimmermaned,’ allowed to be free of Stop-And-Frisk police behavior, allowed to make a few honest bucks to afford a place to live, to buy a car and to feed our kids... and to be allowed to be free from the horrible pressure of RACISM IN AMERICA!
